What time does Tumble Town open?
Our first session is at 09:30.
Do I have to pre-book?
Pre-booking is not essential however we recommend it to avoid disappointment at the door. We operate strict limits on the number of people in the building during each play session and will not exceed this.
Can I arrive at any time?
We operate pre-defined play sessions to allow us time to tidy up in between, ensuring that every child gets to experience Tumble Town at its best. You may turn up at any time during a play session but you will be required to leave at the end of that session even if you have not been there for the full 1hour 45 minutes.
Why do you charge for adults?
For health and safety reasons and to ensure a quality experience for all of our visitors, we have to restrict the total number of entrants to Tumble Town. Therefore all spaces are chargeable.
What age is Tumble Town aimed at?
We believe that Tumble Town will be most appealing to children from 6 months to 8 years, or a maximum height of 4ft 8 in.
What facilities do you offer for babies?
We provide high chairs and have baby change facilities onsite.
Do you serve food?
We have a café onsite serving hot and cold food and drinks as well as fresh cakes and healthy snack options. The café is only open during the play sessions. We ask that you please do not bring in your own food and drinks.
Do you accept debit/credit card payments?
We do accept most major credit and debit cards. Please note, we are unable to accept American Express payments.
Do you offer parties?
We offer exclusive venue hire for parties. After School parties and Role play parties for our younger children. Please contact us for more details.
Can I bring a buggy / pram?
You may bring your Pram or Buggy into the café area. We would ask that they are not left within the walk ways.
Do you have wheelchair access?
Yes, our centre is on one level and easy access for wheelchairs
What is your cancellation policy?
Pre-booked tickets are non refundable. With a minimum of 24 hours notice. However, we can transfer your booking to an alternative date.
