Here at Tumble Town, we want you all to enjoy yourself in a safe, secure and fun environment.

We ask you to show kindness and consideration to all guests whilst you are in the facility.

We strive to provide a place where children can freely express themselves and carers can

relax a little and perhaps revisit their own inner childhood spirit.

In order for everyone to have fun and play safe, we do have to put in place some simple rules

and conditions of entry. When making your booking you agreed to;

● All parents and guardians acknowledge that Tumble Town is not a supervised play

centre and accept full responsibility for the supervision of the children in their care at all

times.

● Any visitors booking with a playpass voucher MUST bring the voucher to gain entry on

the day.

● The play centre has age related areas, please do not allow older children into the

toddler area.

● Guests may not bring their own food and drink into Tumble Town.

● No food or drinks to be taken into the play areas.

● No smoking or vaping near the main entrance or under windows.

● No shoes to be worn when using the equipment.

● Socks are required to be worn at all times by everyone.

● Please ensure sensible clothing is worn when using the equipment. The equipment can

cause friction injury to bare skin.

● Observe any rules or instructions provided in the facility.

● We reserve the right to close the whole or part of the venue at any time if deemed

necessary for the security and safety of guests and staff. Customers will be offered the

opportunity to re-book their tickets within 6 months.

Finally, we want all guests to smile, laugh and make memories.
